Squarespace Websites and Branding

I help entrepreneurs through the creation of beautiful and functional Squarespace websites, logos and branding to support their businesses.

Do you have a product or service that needs a beautiful, clean, manageable web presence? It’s pretty confusing to decide how to create something meaningful and workable. Which website platform should you use? What is the easiest to maintain once it’s built? Who does the best e-commerce packages? What about hosting? What are the real costs?

I struggled for years with this. From 2005 to 2007 I used Wordpress to support my B&B website, then I switched to Blogger, and then in 2010 I went back to open source Wordpress until 2014. Through lots of frustration and learning, I found out that every platform has positives and negatives, and I would have to pay for custom themes and plugins to make my site look even close to the way I wanted it, but never be really satisfied with the looks, usability, commercial viability or anything else, to be honest.

In 2014 I checked out the Squarespace platform and I never looked back.

I’m a Squarespace Web Designer and Squarespace Circle Member, giving me access to the latest technology, extended trial times, SEO information and top level support for my clients around the world. I can customise your site with CSS and expertise and make your vision of your website happen for you. Squarespace is the most elegant and advanced blogging, portfolio and small e-commerce platform available today. Making your website gorgeous and a money maker for you is my passion!

For the last three years I have developed designed logos, brands and Squarespace sites for entrepreneurs around the world. Squarespace is, in my mind, the best blogging and selling format, with a clean aesthetic and beautiful tools that create inviting, well designed websites and excellent behind the scenes SEO and support. They are constantly adding new and exciting possibilities to their product mix and I never grow tired of working with this system. Just the opposite - I love building websites and supporting entrepreneurs!

Barbara Newman, Author

Brief: To create logo and website for a highly creative author, brand strategist and wildlife conservationist that highlights her debut novel and provide her readers with a broad understanding of all of her projects.

"Diana was fabulous to work with. She brought her artistic sensibility, her appreciation for good design, and her storytelling skills to every aspect of my project. She was responsive, collaborative, and engaged throughout the process. Diana has vision, knows how to communicate an idea—and consistently creates distinctive branding for a company, an artist, or a place. The bonus: She’s a whip smart business strategist which added so much. I’ve recommended her to a number of people, all with high standards, and they loved her work. She’s a gem!" - Barbara Newman, Author and Brand Strategist

Angelo P. Giordano, Massage Therapist

"So I guess the first part of my testimonial is simply check out my website! Diana and I connected immediately and she was very helpful with laying down an initial vision. Diana managed a cut over from a prior site owner and really let me focus on getting her content. Diana was very responsive to any changes I requested and always had great suggestions as well! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the marketplace and her use of the design tool from my perspective is at an expert level. "

Ant Novello Ristorante | Case Vacanze

Brief: Create an extremely subtle, simple yet intriguing tri-lingual website for this new, small upscale concept restaurant in Piedmont, Northern Italy. "Initially we tried building our site on our own - with lacklustre results. After commissioning Diana to create unique ceramic service pieces for our restaurant, it was immediately evident that she invested herself completely in the project, and to keep the continuity of the energy and feeling she conveyed in her dishes, we decided to have her build our site as well. Working with her through the details and the direction we wanted to go was the least painful, single most collaborative effort we had in creating our identity, without compromising our vision or her artistic integrity, but meeting exactly at the sweet spot in the middle. " Alex M. Lincoln, Restaurateur
